PER COURT :- 1) We have perused the order passed by learned Single Judge on 15th January, 2015. We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the leaned Single Judge. The order passed by the Hon'ble Minister is blatantly illegal and beyond exercise of powers of review within the scope of Clause 24 sub-clause (2). There is no substance in the Letters Patent Appeal and the same stands dismissed. Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and the same stand disposed of.
