We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and perused the two complaints dated 14.01.2021 and 02.02.2021.

Both are addressed to the District Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad.

When we specifically asked the learned Advocate for the petitioner, as to whether any complaint was filed with respondent no.3 - Police Station, he was unable to show the said complaint. He, however, submits that he would file such a police complaint.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall lodge a written Police complaint with respondent no.3 on or before 10.04.2021. After such a complaint is filed, respondent no.3 shall follow the due procedure laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure and deal with the said complaint as per law.
