By this application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 417 days and further prays for recalling the order dated 24/11/2015 by which the writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate for the respondents opposed the application and in the alternative submits that costs may be imposed and it be donated to the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

Considering the above and for the reasons mentioned, this civil application is allowed and the delay is condoned subject to costs of khs/DEC. 2017/4236

Rs.1,000/-, which the applicant shall deposit with Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or 22/12/2017 as suggested by the applicant.

After the costs is deposited and all objections are removed within 4 (four) weeks from today, the order of this Court dated 24/11/2015 shall stand recalled and the writ petition be registered and be listed for admission on 19/01/2018.
