1] The applicants are seeking leave to withdraw 25% out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court on furnishing bank guarantee of a scheduled bank in Osmanabad District.

2] The reasonable request made by the applicants is allowed and the order passed by this Court on 27.3.2015 stands modified to the extent specified above. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
