Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the appeal at the instance of respondent no.2 - insurance company, some amount had been deposited in this court. First appeal has been disposed of and request is made on behalf of claimant for withdrawal of amount deposited in this court. Counsel for the insurance company does not have any objection for accepting the request under prayer clause (B).

In view of the same, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
