Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking setting aside of order dtd. 11.06.2019 whereby the Registrar (Judicial) had refused registration of their appeal for want of removal of office objections. They also prayed for condonation of delay 231 days in taking out this application.

The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses ' A' and 'B'

subject to removal of all the offices within two weeks from the date of this order.
