The learned counsel for the petitioner produced on record a communication dated 30/10/2024 mentioning that complaint of the petitioner has been dismissed. Under order dated 23/12/2024 the Appellate Authority has confirmed the decision of Grievance Committee dated 30/10/2024.

In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed being infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge both the aforesaid orders before appropriate forum as permissible under law.
