The applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 27.03.2015, thereby he was permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing solvent security. It is contended that applicant is not in position to furnish solvent security and he is desirous of furnishing bank guarantee.

The reasonable request made by the applicant deserves favourable consideration. The order passed by this Court on 27.03.2015 stands modified and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the sum to the extent of 25% out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing bank guarantee of a scheduled bank or nationalized bank. Civil application stands disposed of.
