I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.
Learned Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the judgment of this Court dated 24.11.2011 in Writ Petition No.106 of 2011 was subjected to an Appeal before the learned Appeal Bench in LPA No.159 of 2012. The said LPA has been considered and dismissed on it's merits by judgment dated 28.8.2012. The Review Application is filed on 29.8.2013.

The above facts have been suppressed in the review petition. Both the learned Advocates submit that this aspect is mentioned in the application for condonation of delay.
