In all these matters, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners places on record the compromise terms (6 pages). The covering page is a communication dated 06/03/2024 from the Petitioners in respective Petitions, to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, praying for permission to withdraw these Petitions in the light of the compromise. Each of these compromise terms compilation of 6 pages is marked as 'X' in the respective Petitions.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that the last page of the compromise terms compilation is a photostat Cheque dated 06/03/2024, issued in favour of each of these Petitioners as a full and final settlement of their dues. Both the learned Advocates make a categoric statement that, no
(5) financial burden, directly or indirectly, is cast upon the Government.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off, as withdrawn as per the compromise terms compilation.
