The present Appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The Appeal is compromised between the parties in Terms of Compromise, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

The First Appeal is disposed off in Terms of Compromise ('X').

As per the Terms of the Compromise, both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter. the Appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of Rs.70,000/- within a period of six weeks from today in the Registry of this Court.

The Respondents/ Original Claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount as agreed by the parties, from the Office of this Court.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
