The applicant is praying for modifying the order dated 27.3.2015, passed by this Court and for permitting the applicant to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing Bank guarantee instead of furnishing solvent security while withdrawal of the aforesaid amount. The reasonable request made by the applicant deserves to be accepted. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court on furnishing Bank guarantee of a Nationalised Bank or Scheduled Bank. The order dated 27.3.2015 passed by this Court stands modified accordingly. Civil Application stands disposed of.
