DATE : 8th July, 2022 P.C.:- It appears that the Insurance Company has appointed advocate Mr. V.R. Mundada first and thereafter advocate Mr. S.R. Bodade. Advocate Mr. S.R. Bodade has not obtained consent from advocate Mr. A.R. Mundada. The Insurance Company ought not to have appointed another advocate without seeking discharge of earlier advocate. 2.
Both the learned advocates are aware of the Appellate Side Rules of the Bombay High Court. The rule provides that unless first advocate is discharged by the order of the Court in terms of Rule 7 (i) of Chapter IV, the other advocate cannot enter appearance. Another option is to take no objection from the earlier advocate to enter appearance by subsequent
