Smt. Gondhalekar, learned A.G.P. submits that the order of this Court is complied and in April 2017 the Deputy Director of Education had communicated the Management the deficiencies in the proposal and has returned back the proposal to resubmit after complying the deficiencies. Mr. Kedar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never intimated about this order by the Education Officer.

Copy of the order passed by the Education Officer is placed on record. The same is communicated to the Headmaster / Principal of the School.

In view of that, the contempt stands purged.

Petitioner may request the Management to submit the proposal afresh after complying the deficiencies and take further steps.

Contempt Petition disposed of. No costs.
