Mr Narwadkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner orally prays for amendment to the petition by adding the Registrar General of the High Court of Bombay as party respondent. He submitted that advertisement is issued for the post of Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class and these are the judicial services of the State. Respondent No.3 issued the advertisement in consultation with the administration of the High Court, as such the Registrar General of this Court would be a necessary party. The oral prayer of learned Counsel for the petitioner is allowed. Amendment be carried out by tomorrow.

As the petitioner is permitted to add Registrar General of this Court as party respondent, the petition would lie before the Principal Seat for consideration, the petitioner is permitted to seek circulation of the petition before the Principal Seat.
