Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Consultant from 6.8.2014 till March, 2020. Petitioner was continuous in service. However, petitioner met with an accident on 6.2.2020 and hospitalized till 14.2.2020. Petitioner approached respondent no.3 and requested to allow him to join the duties. Respondent no.3 forwarded the proposal to respondent no.1 seeking guidance. However, no further steps are undertaken.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel Mr. Bhise appears for respondent no.3.

In case, the proposal (page 37) forwarded by respondent no.3 to respondent no.1 is pending with respondent no.1, respondent no.1 may issue necessary directions to respondent no.3 with regard to continuation of the services of the petitioner, on its own merits, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
