Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted one Arbaz with an axe on head. In the quarrel, his father fell down and died of Cardio Respiratory Arrest. The injured has suffered a simple injury on his forearm and on left parietal region measuring 2 x 1 c.m. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been recovered from the applicant. Charge sheet has been filed. There are no antecedents to his discredit. The complainant and the applicant are the kin men and had a dispute over the field. Considering the nature of injuries, recovery of the weapon and completion of the

936-BA.295-23.odt investigation, the Court is of the view that the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHAIKH NADEEM SHAIKH MANJUR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.250 of 2022, registered by Police Station Parli Rural, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC, on the condition not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
