The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that in the connected appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had permitted the original Claimants to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Appellant in this Court on submitting an undertaking that if the decision in the appeals go against the Applicants, they shall redeposit the amount so withdrawn by them within six months from the date of such decision in the said appeals. The learned counsel submit that similar order may be passed in the present application. The order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.10740 of 2014 in First Appeal No.1857 of 2014 with connected matters is placed

O R D E R

I.

The Applicant in the present application is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant in this Court on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, he shall redeposit the amount so withdrawn by him within six months from the date of such order.

Civil application stands disposed of.
