1] Heard learned AGP for the applicants. None for the respondents though duly served.

2] Learned AGP submits that he does not have any instructions as to whether the amount under the award is deposited as per order dated 5.12.2014. On his oral request, time to deposit the amount is hereby extended by eight weeks. Upon deposit of the said amount within the prescribed period, interim stay granted to the execution

CA 4514/14 in FA 2480/14 - 2 - of the impugned would become absolute till the decision of the appeal. Upon failure to deposit the amount, present civil application shall stand dismissed and the interim stay granted to the execution of the award shall stand automatically vacated without reference to the Court.
