None was present for the Petitioner when this matter was called out yesterday. We suo moto granted an overnight pass over. Even today, when the matter is called out, none is present for the Petitioner.

The learned AGP places on record a copy of the communication by the SDO, Patoda, dated 4th January, 2024 to the Petitioner, which is marked as 'X' for identification. He submits that the Petitioner has already been invited for private negotiations and the issue has been resolved. It is only that the Petitioner should appear before the authority and participate in the negotiations.
