The petitioners are before us claiming that the Election Commission has not been appointed so that they can question their disqualification. 3.

The learned advocate Mr. Kadethankar for the State Election Commission submits that the Election Commission is in place and their dispute would be considered in accordance with law on 20.05.2025. He also submits that even intimation has been issued by mail to the petitioners advocate.
