Learned Government Pleader states that petitioners' case would be treated in accordance with operative order dated 31st October, 2018 passed under judgment in group of writ petitions viz. Writ Petition No. 5867 of 2015 and others. Petitioners' case would be covered by the same and similar treatment would be given to them.
