The grievance is that the petitioner has filed the application under Right to Information Act. The same was not decided. The petitioner filed appeal against the same. The First Appellate Authority also did not decide it. So, he filed second appeal before respondent No. 4. The same is also pending.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 4, then respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all parties preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of order by him. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
