Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties. 2.

Having regard to section 18(4) of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, it appears that an alternate efficacious remedy is available.

In view of the same, writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of with liberty to petitioner, to avail of alternate remedy available.

In case of delay in making such an approach, the period consumed during pendency of present writ petition, may receive proper treatment.
