Heard Ms. Thakur, holding for Mr. Kakade, learned counsel for applicants.

Perused the record. The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court was pleased to refuse the registration under order dated 6th February, 2018. The applicants have prayed to quash and set aside the said order by condoning the delay.

In the interest of justice and looking to the nature of dispute arising out of land acquisition, it is necessary to allow this application, however, subject to payment of costs, which would meet the ends of justice. Hence, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) on condition that the applicants shall pay costs of Rs.1000/- to the Secretary, High Court, Legal Services SubCommittee at Aurangabad within one month from today.

II.

If the amount of costs of Rs.1000/- is deposited by the applicants within time, the Registry to restore the appeal on its original stamp number. III.

If the applicants failed to comply the above said order, this application stands dismissed without back reference to this Court.

IV.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. V.

The applicants are permitted to place on record copy of appeal memo and annexures.
