Learned counsel appearing for the applicants state that the order impugned in the present civil revision application arises out of the transfer application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He submits that the main proceedings filed under the Guardians and Wards Act is disposed off on 13th December, 2017. He, therefore, submits that the civil revision application has become infructuous.
