After hearing learned advocates for the parties, for quite some time, it appears that ends of justice would be subserved if revision filed by present petitioner, pending before Minister of State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, is decided expeditiously.

In view of aforesaid, without entering into merits of the case, learned Minister may take up the revisional proceedings expeditiously and dispose of the same, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
