It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant Kundlik Ganpat Honde, who is reported to be dead on 8th August, 2021.

Heard Ms. Thakur, holding for Mr. Kakade, learned counsel for applicants. Perused the copy of death certificate of Kundlik Ganpat Honde. He died during Covid-19 pandemic. This application needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order is passed:
