Restoration of Civil Application (ST.) No.10444 of 2024 came to be refused vide order dated 12.06.2024 passed by the learned Registrar

928-ca-1817-2025.odt (Judicial). The applicant in the said Civil Application has filed the present application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) and praying that the Civil Application be registered. Since there is a delay of 212 days (in the prayer clause it is mentioned 49 days) in moving the application, he also prays for condonation of delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 212 days is condoned. Order dated 12.06.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. Civil Application (ST) No.10444 of 2024 be registered on the condition that the applicant shall remove all office objections in the Civil Application within a period of two weeks from today.

In the event office objections are not removed within the stipulated period of two weeks, order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) shall operate without reference to the Court and the learned Registrar (Judicial).
