Learned advocates for the parties reconcile to the position where there can be direction to Labour Court, Aurangabad to go on with the pending matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 2.

Mr. Dankh, learned advocate for the respondent is apprehensive that in case the Labour Court is required to go into inquiry again, it may require more time.

In such case, it would be for the parties or the court to seek appropriate directions.
