1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail from 21.10.2020, therefore, the applicant be granted liberty to apply afresh in the event the trial does not conclude within six months.

2] In view of the same, the Bail Application is disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid.

3] Ms. Khan Sultana, learned counsel appointed by this Court to represent the cause of respondent no.2, shall be paid fees of Rs.10,000/- by the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
