The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointments of the Petitioners (Page Nos. 65 to 75) are pending with Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 since December-2020, the same are not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointments of the Petitioners (Page Nos. 65 to 75), are pending with Respondent Nos.2 and 3, then Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall decide the same on

2 wp 2597.2022 it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Depending upon the decision taken by the Education Officer on the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the Petitioners, further decision be taken with regard to the inclusion of their names in the Shalarth Pranali. 4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
