Petitioners have challenged order passed by the Cooperative Court on Misc. Application No. 2/2019 seeking condonation of delay in filing Application for restoration of the Original Dispute No. 160/2017. It is the case of the Petitioners that the said dispute is decided ex-parte.

Be that as it may, there is remedy available to the Petitioner to approach the Cooperative Appellate Court. In view of the same, Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail remedy provided in law.
