The Petitioners are before this Court with the plea that a draft resolution has been prepared to blacklist the Petitioners and the said draft has been accepted by the CEO.

The learned Advocate representing the Z.P. is instructed to say that none of these Petitioners have been blacklisted by the Z.P.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as the grievance of the Petitioners is redressed.

In the event, the Petitioners are aggrieved by the violation of any terms of the contract between the Petitioners and the Z.P. or the tender conditions, keeping in view the law laid down in M/s. N.G. Projects Limited Vs. M/s. Vinod Kumar Jain & Others, (2022) 6 SCC 127 , the Petitioners are at liberty to avail a remedy as is permissible in law.
