In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner (Page No. 31) is pending with Respondent No. 2 then, Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in

Depending upon the decision taken, further steps may be taken with regard to the claim of the Petitioner for inclusion of his name in the Shalarth Pranali.
