By placing on record copy of receipt dated 06.11.2025 learned advocate for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that entire dues of the petitioner are cleared and petitioner has admitted the same in the same receipt.

The petitioner has executed receipt on revenue stamp stating that he has received an amount of Rs. 2,35,170/- on 06.11.2024 by Cheque No. 001052 of the even date and all his dues are cleared. The receipt is marked 'X' for identification purposes. Bhagyawant Punde

Learned advocate Shri. Talhar, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that, directions contained in paragraph 6 of the order dated 23.08.2017 are not complied with. The Management has not submitted necessary documents to the Provident Fund Commissioner. 4.
The Management shall forward the petitioner's documents, if they are not already forwarded, to the Provident Fund Commissioner, within two weeks from today. On receipt of the documents, the Commissioner shall process them within four weeks. 5.
With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 6.
It is made clear that in case the Management fails to forward documents of the petitioner, the same shall be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
