1) Nobody is present for the appellant. Seen the order dated 4th December 2015. On that day also nobody was present for the appellant. Today learned counsel for insurance company is present. He submits that the Tribunal has exonerated the insurance company. The present appeal is already dismissed as against owner and driver against whom the decision was given by the Tribunal. In view of these circumstances, nothing remains in the appeal. The appeal is dismissed. Civil Application is disposed of.
