PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners have put forth prayer Clause 'B' and 'C' as under:- "(B)The respondent no.1 may kindly be directed to decide pending proposals of the petitioners submitted through proper channel, with recommendations, at Exh. 'E'

Colly, in tune with the policy decision of the State Govt. ventilated in G.R. dated 18.07.2016 at Exh.'C' to this petition, within a specific period, without any further delay, to subserve the ends of justice.

(2) (C) The respondent no.1 may kindly be directed to bring the additional divisions/branches of Higher Secondary Section on 'non-grant basis' from 'selffunding basis', in terms of G.R. dated 18.7.2016 at Exh. 'C' and oblige."

We make it clear that we are not entertaining prayer Clause 'C' set out in this petition since the request of the petitioners in prayer Clause 'C' is reflected in prayer Clause 'B' and that is to be considered by the State Government on its own merits.

This Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- A.

The proposals below Annexure 'E' from Page Nos.37 to 51 of the petition paper book, be considered by the Government on their own merits and in accordance with the rules/law/policies applicable.

(3) B.

Respondent no.1 shall decide the said proposal on or before 15.11.2022.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the proposals which are to be considered.
