The applicant prays for an out of turn early final hearing of Second Appeal No. 574 of 2005. The applicant is stated to be about 80 years old. This Court by its order dated 22-06-2012 passed in Civil Application No. 6924 of 2012 had allowed the applicant to renew his request for final hearing. 2.

Since the Second Appeals instituted in the year 1985 and those instituted in the year 1988-89 onwards are being listed for final hearing on every Thursday, it is in these circumstances that I am unable to accept the request of the applicant at this stage. Civil Application is, therefore, rejected. Nevertheless, the applicant may renew his request after four months. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) SDM*APRIL-2015
