Civil Application No. 485 of 2024 has been filed taking into consideration the order passed by the Honourable Minister on 10.5.2016. In fact, it appears that the fact was brought to the notice of the petitioner by the Government, by its affidavit on 27.6.2016. The application has been filed after a period of about 8 years, which cannot be allowed and, therefore, the application will have to be dismissed. 2.

In consequence thereof, when already the order is passed, the petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore the petition is
