After hearing this matter for quite some time, almost up-to 7.00 p.m., the learned AGP and the learned Advocate representing the Examination Authority are instructed to say that the Petitioners and similarly situated candidates would be considered in terms of the clauses set out at Page Nos. 116, 117 and 118 of the GR dated 25.02.2019 and Pages 130 and 131 of the Corrigendum GR dated 12.06.2019. This makes the position clear that the Petitioners can lock their preferences strictly in accordance with the said clauses referred to herein above, i.e. the GR dated 25.02.20219 and the Corrigendum GR dated 12.06.2019.
