Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present petition takes exception to the order dated 07.10.2022 passed below Exhibit-52 by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad in Special Suit No.132 of 2017, whereby the application filed by the plaintiff under Order VI Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code for amendment of plaint came to be allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the suit is for cross-examination of the plaintiff. As this order was passed on 07.10.2022 and the suit is proceeded further, only on this ground, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. 4.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of.
