1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The respondent, though served, has not entered appearance.

2] By the present application, the applicant - wife seeks transfer of the Marriage Petition No.810/2023, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to the Civil Judge Senior Division at Aurangabad. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is residing with her mother at Aurangabad and she has custody of her minor son. The learned counsel further submits that the applicant has filed the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act before the

38.24MCA Judicial Magistrate First Class at Aurangabad and that the respondent - husband is attending the said proceedings at Aurangabad. The learned counsel submits that it would be difficult for the applicant to attend the proceedings at Kalyan and that the husband can conduct the proceedings at Aurangabad.

4] For the reasons, as noted above, the present Misc.Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

5] However, it is directed that the applicant - wife will not take unnecessary adjournment in the matter without informing the respondent-husband well in advance so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent-husband of travel. The Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad is directed to allow the respondent-husband to appear through Video Conferencing where-ever it is possible so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent-husband. 6] With the above observations, the present Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
