PER COURT :- The Collector, Beed or any other authority, subordinate to him shall decide the application, tendered by the petitioner on 18.4.2011, claiming rental compensation, in accordance with the Policy formulated by the State Government, in that behalf, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. On determination of amount of rental compensation, if the petitioners are found entitled to receive any amount, respondent No.4 acquiring body is directed to make payment of the amount, so determined, in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of such determination. The order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 27.8.2013 stands modified accordingly.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
