Mr.Khandagale, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has purchased the property by registered instrument on 29.11.2011. The petitioner has also approached the Revenue authority, however, the name of the petitioner is not been mutated. 3.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all Respondents and submits that to deal with such cases, the Divisional Commissioner has constituted the Committee under Circular dated 13.2.2015. 4.

In view of that, we pass the following order : a) The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.2.2015, thereby representing his grievance.

On such application/representation being filed, the Committee shall decide the same and issue necessary directions within three (3) months of the receipt of the application/representation from the petitioner.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
