Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as junior clerk in the year 2010 from S.C. Category. In view of that, the Government Resolution dated 06.02.2012 would not apply.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

Now the staffing pattern has been sanctioned as per the Government Resolution dated 20th January, 2019. The petitioner claims to have been appointed in the year 2010. In view of that, the Government resolutions of 2012 and 2015 would not be relevant.

Considering the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the

appointment of the petitioner afresh on its own merits preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
