Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State finally by consent at the admission stage. 2.

The learned Sessions Judge modified the order of depositing remaining Rs.5 lacs by directing the applicant to furnish the bank guarantee. The Court expressed disinclination to interfere with the impugned order modifying the order of depositing Rs.5 lacs. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition; however, requested to grant further time to furnish the bank guarantee. Leave granted to withdraw. 4.

Considering the facts of the case, two months time is extended to furnish the bank guarantee as per the impugned order.
