PER COURT :- None for the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4. The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 31.7.2002, delivered by the trial Court in Election Petition No.5 of 2000, by which, respondent No.2 Narmadabai was declared as elected from Ward No.2 of the Shirsoli Pargane Bolhar Gram Panchayat, in the election held on 9.6.2000.

Eighteen years have passed by and at least three elections have thereafter been held, as per the contention of the learned AGP. This Court had admitted the petition on 22.1.2003 and had refused interim relief.
