Considering the grounds of appeal and issue involved in the case, the application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) The applicant through his next friend is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with this Court, with accrued interest, on furnishing undertaking that he will deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed. iii) The next friend should maintain the account of money spent on medication, food, cloths, etc. and submit it to the Court after every year from today.
