Heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 10th October, 2022 issued by the Tahsildar, Phulambri to the petitioner informing him to approach the proper authority i.e. the Deputy Director, Land Records, Aurangabad, by way of filing an appeal. The petitioner had approached the Tahsildar by filing an application purportedly under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for correction of entries in revenue record. He wants, by way of corrections, to show his name in land Gat No.48 instead of land Gat No.44. There is no order passed by any of the authorities as such to exercise the jurisdiction of this Court.
